Company Formation
Registering a Limited Company in the UK doesn't have to be daunting or a hassle.
Whether you’re opening a restaurant or starting your own freelance venture, were to help you set-up your company and get you registered with Companies House.
What is Company Formation?
Company formation is the process of officially registering a new or existing business as a limited company. This process makes the business a separate legal entity, meaning it is treated as an individual ‘person’ by law.
Benefits of Company Formation
Limited Liability
Company owners are usually protected from being personally responsible for the company’s debts and obligations, except in certain cases.
Separate Legal Entity
The company acts as its own legal entity, separate from its owners, which means it can make contracts and own assets in its own name.
Taxation
Establishing a UK limited company means paying less tax than a sole trader, thanks to lower corporation tax rates and government incentives like tax relief and venture capital programs.

Our company registration process

Choose a company name and SIC code
Your company name must be unique and meet government standards. Your Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code defines your industry and the rules and regulations applied to your business.

Preparing your documents
Prepare passport copies and proof of address for yourself and any other directors or shareholders. Choose your company address. Use your home address if you’re comfortable with this info being public, or register an address through us.

Open a business bank account
You’ll need a business bank account to open your company, receive money and pay invoices. We can provide you with the best banking options available for your business and get you set-up and ready to go within 48 hours.

Submit documents to Companies House
We’ll register your company for you by preparing the following information:
- Memorandum of Association
- Articles of Association
Once registration is complete, we’ll walk you through all the new documents and certificates that you may receive.

A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) offers a unique structure with limited liability like a company, while operating as a separate legal entity. It allows flexible internal organization similar to a partnership.
LLP’s tend to be used by large professional partnerships such as accountants, solicitors, engineering companies and surveyors. Governed by the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2000, it is distinct from traditional partnerships.
Partnership Agreement – Unlike limited companies, LLPs are not required to have a memorandum or articles of association. While a written Partnership Agreement is not legally mandated, it is crucial for LLP members who wish to contribute capital or distribute business profits in a manner other than equally.
This agreement can also play a vital role in preventing disputes regarding partners’ rights. Additionally, LLPs are not obligated to submit a copy of their Limited Liability Partnership Agreement to Companies House.
